The Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution Development and Conflict Management of Nigeria – (i-ADRNigeria) introduces its ADR and Conflict Management Training for the year 2025.
Learn all you need to know about the practice and procedure in all aspects of ADR
- Arbitration
- Mediation
- Negotiation
- and other related processes.
It’s a 6 day programme of intensive training facilitated by experienced and renowned expert practitioners in the field of ADR.
The training program covers
a. All forms of ADR;
b. Conflict Manangement/ Resolution Methodologies
c. Customary Arbitration & ADR.
The training schedule includes Moot simulations and other experiential modules.
Successful trainees shall earn the following prestigious cadre based appellations:
- Associates- AiADRN (Training is open to
a. graduates of tertiary institutions who have one to twelve years post qualification or
b. @ the discretion of the Institute, tertiary institution students affiliated with ADR Clubs in their institutions)
- Members- MiADRN- (Training open to graduates of tertiary institutions thirteen years post qualifications.
- Fellows FiADRN- (Training open to graduates of tertiary institutions of not less than 20 years post qualification)
- Conflict Management- MiCMN (Training is open to all professionals in all fields)
- Customary Arbitration and ADR- ADCA- (Advanced Diploma in Customary Arbitration & ADR) – Training is open to all professionals in all fields.

- ADR Membership Training from 10 – 15 February, 2025- Fee is Physical N300k & Virtual N250k
- ADR Associates Training- 17th – 22nd Feb. 2025- Fee is – Physical N250k and Virtual N200k
- Conflict Management Training – 24th to 29th March, 2025- Fee is Physical N300k and Virtual N250k
- Customary Arbitration and Mediation Training- 24th Feb. to 29th March, 2025- Fee is Physical N300k & Virtual N250k
- Fellowship training 17th to 22nd March, 2024 – Fee is Physical N450k & Virtual N400k
