Committees of the Institute

The Institute operates through the following Committees headed by Directors. All committees offer diverse services such as training, knowledge sharing sessions, seminars, workshops and conferences.

Other services they provide include research, publications, ADR resolution of disputes both under the Act and traditional or customary law

There is a bouquet of training available under these committees and they include:

Fellowship training

The Fellowship cadre is the highest cadre of the Institute are designated acronym is FiADRN. To qualify to become a Fellow of the Institute, the applicant .

Arbitration Training only

The Institute offers four days training in Arbitration alone for the three cadres of the Institute. Associates, Membership and Fellowship.

Mediation Training only

The Institute offers a four days training on Mediation processes alone

Synopsis of all ADR training

Institute offers a 1 day training with regards to all forms of ADRs. A certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of this training
Responsible for implementing traditional and customary ADRs. This training is a two days training.

Responsible for all training and implementation of Conflict Management programs of the Institute. Applicants for the Conflict Management Training must be graduates. And must participate in the two days training.

There are 2 cadres to this training the Member (MiCMN) and the Fellow Cadre (FiCMN).

Responsible for interactions with groups (governmental and non-governmental) with which the Institute is affiliated or connected.
