iADRNigeria Arbitration Clause

Upon any dispute, claim or difference arising out of, in relation to or in connection with, this contract inclusive of its validity, interpretation or its breach, same shall be determined by a Sole Arbitrator who shall be appointed in conformity with the Arbitration and Mediation Law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria;

The sole Arbitrator shall be appointed by the Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution Development and Conflict Management of Nigeria Ltd/GTE (i-ADRNigeria) ; the place of the Arbitrator shall be Nigeria; the language of the Arbitration shall be English Language; the Law governing the subject matter of the substantive contract as well as the Arbitration shall be the Nigerian Law.
