The Institute is established as a platform for the resolution of a broad spectrum of disputes arising from commercial, industrial,and corporate tracactions and community interactions.
Services offered include,but are not limited to Arbitration, Mediation , Negotiation and other hybrid processes.
Our interventions are implemented promptly, effectively, satisfactorily, and in a cost- saving manner, avoiding the long, drawn- out and frustrating procedures associated with litigation.
Objectives
- Provision of training and certification programs for Alternative Dispute Resolution professionals;
- Conducting research and developing innovative ADR methods;
- offering Arbitration, Mediation and allied services to corporate and commercial entities;
- provision of conflict management services to groups and communities.
Accreditation of Council Members
In order to achieve its lofty ideals and mission,i-ADR has assembled a team of highly distinguished men and women of proven integrity, who are experts in the various professional fields of competence and endeavor of the Institute.
This crop of noble achievers are being formally accredited and inducted into the Governing Council of the Institute to set down the framework of policies and principles that will guide the Institute .
