Mr, John Dare Oloyede, FiADRN is founder and Legal adviser of Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution Development and Conflict Management of Nigeria (i-ADRNIGERIA) is a law graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife.
He graduated in Second Class Upper Division winning the Professor B.O. Iluyomade Prize as the best graduating student in Administrative Law in 1991.
He has put about 29 years into continuous legal practice. He is a member of the International Bar Association and an Associate Member of Negotiation and Conflict Management Group – an international private initiative aimed at promoting mediation and conciliation as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
With the advent of the Multi-Door Court House in Lagos State as an offshoot of the Negotiation and Conflict Management Group, he has positioned his firm such that the presence of the firm as functional mediators in handling diverse cases referred for mediation is assured.
An ADR enthusiast and in furtherance of a desire to promote and participate actively in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), he joined the reputable Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK in 2009 as Associate Member.
His vision for a Nigeria where all professionals will be ADR compliant with more businesses keeping afloat by resolving all disputes or impending disputes timeously led to the founding of i-ADRNIGERIA.
A fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, he is a certified Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is also a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International and a former President of Rotary Club, Surulere North East.
John Dare Oloyede is presently the Principal Partner in J. D. Oloyede’s Law Chambers which is a well-equipped service oriented law firm with the competencies and capabilities to answer and undertake assignments within the whole range of work available to legal practice and alternative dispute resolution.
The practice was established in the 1990’s, but later expanded in the years with young, vibrant, dynamic, upright and intellectually inspired ladies and gentlemen.
