Solape Oshisanya, MiADRN, MiCMN, is Head Operations and Strategy at the Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution Development & Conflict Management (i-ADRNigeria).
She is a partnership broker and fundraiser. She is focused on identifying business opportunities and developing long-term relationships with stakeholders to achieve strategic and financial outcomes.
Solape holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos, a BSc in Accounting and a higher national diploma in Business Administration.
Her work experience spans over 12 years in various sectors namely, education, banking, pension fund management, and broadcasting.
She has worked in various capacities as Membership Engagement and Project Manager, Advancement Manager, Alumni Relations Officer, Customer Information Consultant, Fund Manager and Presentation Director.
She has rendered support to organizations during infancy and seen their growth.
She is passionate about education at all levels. A member of the Executive Committee of one of the largest female alumnae association, QCOGA and a member of the Advisory Board of Justice, Development and Peace Commission (JDPC) Atan, Ijebu-Ode.
